How to Redeem a Gift Card from your Old System.

If a customer comes into your store and wants to redeem a gift card from your old system, here are a quick few steps to follow:

1. Add the items the customer wishes to purchase to your cart (as you would for any other order).
2. Assign the customer to the check out cart. 
3. On the left bard, select "Gift Cards" and enter the last four digits of the old gift card into the search bar. Double check that the "Redeemed" checkbox is blank on the right.
4. Select the card number that you using, click to "Add to Store Credit", and assign the customer to the credit. A pop-up box will show up confirming the gift card has been credited to the customer and the "Redeemed" checkbox will be checked off. 
5. Now, go back to the checkout cart to complete the purchase.
6. On the "Payment Method" select "Store Credit" to redeem the gift card amount.
