How to Sell a Cayan Gift Card

If you have Cayan gift cards, and you want to sell a NEW gift card to a customer, follow these steps on the iPad app:

1. Go to the Checkout screen.
2. Find the product named "Gift Card." This should already be the first product that is visible. If it is not, search for the word "gift."
3. Press "Add to Cart" on the gift card product.
4. The iPad app should ask you to enter an amount. Enter the amount of credit you want to put on the gift card. In this example, you would be creating a gift card with $25 of credit:

5. Now the gift card should be in your cart, like any other product. Simply proceed through checkout as normal to charge the customer using any available payment method to sell the new gift card:

 

6. The customer will now be prompted to insert their gift card into the Cayan Genius device to add value to the card.
