How to Redeem a Cayan Gift Card

If a customer comes into your store and wants to redeem a Cayan gift card, it is simply another payment method. 

1. Add the items the customer wishes to purchase to your cart (as you would for any other order).
2. Under "Payment Method" select "Gift Card":

3. The customer will now be prompted to insert their gift card into the Cayan Genius device. Once they do, the amount of credit on their gift card will be verified and applied to the order.
NOTE: If the gift card does not have enough credit for the balance of the order, only the available balance will be applied, and you will have to select another payment method to pay for the remaining portion of the order.
