This tutorial will show you how to help a customer claim/redeem a loyalty reward on the iPad app:
1. Open the iPad app.
2. If the customer has available rewards, they will appear in the bottom of the shopping cart "(x available)" in red below the subtotal.
3. Click the "Add rewards" button in the shopping cart. The Rewards popup window will appear with available Rewards.
4. Tap the reward(s) that the customer would like to claim. Once a reward is selected, a red checkmark will appear on the right and the amount will be deducted from the subtotal. If you/the customer does not want to use the Reward at that time, simply tap it again to deselect it.
