How to setup one-click label printing from the web app
Install the DYMO software
- Make sure you have the Dymo Label software installed. You can download the latest version for free here.
- Make sure the "Dymo Label Web Service" is installed and running. It is installed by default when you install the Dymo Label Software. To check whether it is running, look in the system tray (Windows) or system bar (Mac) for a small icon with the DYMO logo. If you click/right click it and select the Diagnose... option, the software will tell you whether it is properly installed and running. If it does not provide you with a "Congratulations!" message in your browser, you will need to contact DYMO Support for further assistance.
- Make sure your Dymo label printer is connected to your computer, powered on, and has the correct size labels installed (Small, Multipurpose).
Setup the Labels for printing in the DYMO software
- Open the Dymo Label software.
- Find the label size you want to print on the left (usually it is the Small, Multipurpose size).
- Double-click it to add it to the staging area.
- Click the "Insert" tab on the left of DYMO label, and add two text fields and a sku label to the label. It should look roughly like this:
5. Press CTRL+S to save the label and name it something you will recognize.
To do manual printing from the POS
