In your Shoptiques POS cart you can attach an employee to every sale. You also have the option of making this a requirement in order to complete a sale.
- Select "Settings" towards the bottom of the left sidebar
- Tap "General" within the Settings menu
- Under "Orders," turn on "Require Employee Information"
- For every subsequent sale in which this feature is enabled, you and your employees will not be able to proceed from the cart to the payment method menu without attaching an employee to the sale, which you can do by selecting "Add employee" at the top of the cart
- Otherwise, you will get the following popup message
- This feature can be turned off at any time by a manager
