My Online Website allows you to create emails and send customized messages to your customers. You can collect customer emails through Email Collector popup, user signups, and emails entered at guest checkout. This tutorial will offer you a step-by-step guide on how to create an email campaign.
1. Go to the back office for My Online Website.
2. Click "Campaigns" in the left menu:
3. On the Campaigns page, you can see all previous campaigns, including metrics. The metrics include Unique Opens, Unique Clicks, Unsubscribes (users who no longer wish to receive email), and Bounces (undeliverables). You can remove a campaign by clicking the red X icon or copy a campaign by clicking the icon under the Copy column.
4. To create a new campaign, simply click "+ New Campaign" at the top-right corner.
5. On the first page of the campaign creation process, you can select the target audiences for this campaign. The audiences are segmented by their different attributes such as location, birthday, active dates, and more.
6. Click "Next" at the bottom-right corner after you pick your target audiences:
7. Name your campaign, add the subject line, the email and the name of the sender, and the preview text in the Campaign Info form.
8. Next, select the template. There are 3 options available, each displaying one or multiple images.
"Template for announcements" includes one big eye-catching photo.
"Template for products" includes a 2x2 product grid, which showcases multiple products and individual links to each
"Invite customers to download HA" includes an image and a call-to-action button
Once you've selected your template, hit "Next."
9. On the Template building page, you can ADD, EDIT, REMOVE and MOVE most of the elements:
a) To add an element to the template, please drag and drop an element from the CONTENT side section to the template.
b) To remove an element from the template, hover your mouse over the element that you want to remove and click the X icon.
c) To upload an image to an image element, simply click on the image element and select the image you want to upload from your computer.
d) To move an element to a different position, hover over the element that you want to rearrange and click the axis icon, then move the element to a new location.
10. You can preview the email on the site or send yourself a preview email by clicking the options in the top-right corner. If you want to continue working on the email later, please click "Save Draft" at the top-right corner to save the progress. To proceed to the next step, click "Next" at the bottom.
11. On the CONFIRM page, you can schedule the time when the email should be sent out.
12. Click the "Schedule" button at the bottom-right corner.
